Custom industrial projects, designed for production.
These are the classes of project we design end to end. At AESTECHNO the product design is the production design: EMC, IPC compliance and DFM are built in from the first routing pass, not bolted on afterwards. Our designs reach volume with no rework phase.
Radar, LIDAR and SDR
Our radar, lidar and SDR projects share one architecture: an RF front-end, high-speed sampling, and real-time processing in FPGA fabric (Xilinx Zynq / Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC). RF + FPGA is our technical signature on acquisition chains with microsecond-class latency budgets.
See this project class in detailRF up to 10 GHz and signal integrity
We have run several RF projects up to 10 GHz. High-speed digital and eye-diagram measurement are part of our daily work: we routinely audit customer digital buses (DDR, PCIe, USB 3) to validate signal integrity.
Cellular modem boards, FCC and PTCRB
We designed several modem boards built around cellular modules, on products that cleared FCC and PTCRB. The campaign and the certificate belong to the customer; the board design that gets them through is ours. PTCRB is the gate an operator applies before a device may attach to a North American carrier network, so if you are taking a cellular product to the US market, this is the path your hardware has to survive.
Custom industrial computer, Intel i5 + dense PCIe
We designed a custom industrial computer around an Intel Core i5 with a densely populated PCI Express bus: a custom motherboard where high-speed interconnect density is the real routing challenge.
Linux compute, Jetson Orin NX and NXP i.MX
In Q1 2026 we delivered an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX module with a fully custom Yocto BSP. We also work regularly with the NXP i.MX family (i.MX 8M, i.MX 93, i.MX 95) on custom carrier boards and Yocto ports.
Bluetooth 5.4 PAwR, 100 devices, < 5 µs sync
We developed a custom PAwR protocol on a Nordic module handling 100 devices with sub-5-microsecond synchronization across multiple targets. Beyond that, we design Bluetooth sensors for a range of industrial IoT projects.
High-frequency vibration sensing
We designed a product around the STMicroelectronics IIS3DWB industrial vibration accelerometer for high sampling rate while keeping very low power consumption, the key trade-off for battery-powered predictive maintenance.
10 kV high-voltage power supply
We developed a 10 kV high-voltage power supply, where isolation, breakdown, safety and EMC become the sizing constraints from the very first schematic.
Multi-axis jerk-limited stepper controller
We designed a multi-axis stepper-motor controller board with jerk-limited profiles, suited to very-low-vibration applications.
High-power AI ASIC
We supported a customer through the industrialization of a product built around a high-power AI ASIC, across the delicate prototype-to-production transition.
Medical-class custom lighting
We designed a custom medical-class lighting product, engineered for certification from the design stage.
See this project class in detailMany of our projects are under NDA: we show the technical class and the orders of magnitude here, never the client name or any product-identifying visual. See our simulation-before-fabrication toolchain.
Before you reach out
- Do you design the product all the way to production?
- Yes. We run the project from specification to high-volume manufacturing. The product design is the production design with us: EMC, IPC compliance and DFM are built in from the routing pass, which is why we hold a 100% first-pass record on the CE/FCC certifications we take to test.
- Do you work under NDA?
- Yes, systematically. Most of our projects are under NDA. We sign your agreement before any detailed technical exchange, and we never publicly show a client name or a product-identifying visual.
- My project is not in this list. Can you design it?
- Most likely. These project classes show our scope, they do not limit it. No project has been too hard for us to date. Describe your product in a first 30-minute call and we will tell you honestly whether it is in our wheelhouse.
- Where are you based and who works on the project?
- We are an electronics design house based near Montpellier, France, with 10+ years in electronic design, serving clients across Europe and the United States. Our own engineers design your product, not anonymous subcontractors.
Does your project look like one of these?
30 minutes to frame your need and pinpoint the real technical friction. We design your product from specification to volume, ready for certification.
