Electronics product specification template.
The 8-section outline we recommend for specifying an electronic product before consulting a design house: each section lists the questions to settle and the traps that get expensive when left as gray areas. Fill it in directly; printable.
In our practice, projects that go off the rails rarely do so for a technical reason: the root cause is most often documentary. This template is the outline we wish came with every quote request.
